  • Naturopathy is the science of holistic health, creating a balance with nature and the individual. Its key postulates are: Do no harm, Build health rather than fight disease, Practice prevention and change when necessary.

  • It is a system of healing that addresses the wellness of the whole person.  This system recognizes the multidimensional nature of health and disease as well as the inherent power of the body to heal itself.

  • Health and disease are conditions of the whole organism, involving complex interactions of physical, spiritual, mental, emotional, genetic, environmental, social, and other factors. The Naturopathic Doctor -- Dr. Guldal assesses and addresses the whole person by taking all of these factors into account. It is from this direction that healing and education take place.
